We were utterly reliant on Checkatrade to discover us a reliable contractor for our repair job. We joined and listed our requirements, but unfortunately, we were left abandoned at sea.

Checkatrade's response/customer service/support has been dismissive/useless/unhelpful, leaving us feeling frustrated/angry/betrayed.

It's clear to us that Checkatrade prioritizes their own profits over the well-being/satisfaction/rights of customers. We demand/request/urge fair compensation/justice/accountability for this injustice/wrongdoing/terrible experience.

It all starts with their sneaky costs, which they hide in the legalese. Then, there's the terrible customer service that's about as useful as a chocolate teapot. You can try to raise an issue, but it's like pulling teeth.

We thought we were doing the right move by using Checkatrade to find a reputable plumber/electrician/contractor. After all, they seemed so legitimate with their vetted traders. Boy, were we wrong! Our experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Right away, the response from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and sent us a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high. We tried to discuss the issues, but he was adamant/unwilling/stubborn to compromise/negotiate/change.

In the end, we ended up having to hire someone else by this so-called "vetted" trader. Checkatrade's customer service was equally useless/incompetent/unhelpful. They offered us a pathetic excuse/blamed the trader/did nothing.

We're left feeling angry and warn read more everyone against using them for your tradesman needs.

My experience with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I hired a trader through their website to handle some crucial home repairs. They looked reliable at first, but it ended up a terrible ordeal.

Despite I paid the full amount upfront, the work never started. Contact ceased. It's been a truly agonizing period, and I'm still left with a gaping hole where my sense of security once was.

Their customer service has been useless throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been robbed.
